  I received a gift voucher for a 1 hour massage at Renaissance for my birthday and when I tried to redeem it about 6 months later was told that particular service was no longer offered. I therefore asked if I could have another service to the same value... well, despite me making numerous phone calls and sending many emails (initially to the generic customer service address, as instructed by a staff member I spoke to by phone), the clinic is yet to resolve this issue. I've only had one response to all my attempts to communicate with them, and after replying to their lone email message I have since been ignored. Contacting them AGAIN by phone I was given a staff member's direct email address and asked to resend the information to her under the assurance that the matter would be brought directly to Management's attention and rectified. Once again, NO RESPONSE. This has continued for almost a year and the voucher has now expired. The money that they received from my mother-in-law represents a large sum of money to her that she generously gifted to ME - not to Renaissance for NOTHING in return. You'd be hard pressed to find worse customer service than that provided by Renaissance.
